For whatever reason, a good portion of the time that we’re online, it shows our status as offline. For now, email is still a surefire route. Hopefully we can iron out the bugs and get the live support working more hours!

I had a chance to add live support to the website in light of having several emails trapped in the spam filter. I’ll try to be available as much as I can, and when I’m not available you can still email me for help.
